About the Author
Dr. Stan’s trajectory began at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Business Administration. Even as an undergraduate, he demonstrated a precocious talent for synthesizing complex economic trends, publishing his first book, Innovative Methods for Online Marketing.
He further refined his expertise with an MBA from the University of Bucharest, during which he published The Role of Operations Management in Modern Organizations (2022). This work signaled a shift toward analyzing the structural efficiency of contemporary institutions, a theme that would recur throughout his later research.
While pursuing his Ph.D. in Marketing at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Dr. Stan expanded his research scope to include the evolution of educational systems and macro-economic stability. Between 2022 and 2023, he authored numerous scientific articles for prestigious international journals across Europe.
The year 2025 marked a series of career-defining milestones for Dr. Stan. At the 10th Emerging Trends in Marketing and Management (ETIMM) International Conference, he was honored with the Best Doctoral Research Award for his groundbreaking study: “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing Campaigns Developed by Universities to Attract Students.” This research highlights his ability to apply emerging technologies like AI to practical institutional growth.
